Rubén Collado is a director of photography originally from Barcelona, currently based in New York City.

I was born in Barcelona, where I earned a degree in Film and Media Production from the "Escola de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya” (ESCAC) in 2004. I have over fourteen years of work experience in the film industry in Europe, Latin America and North America. After working and living in Mexico City for two years I moved to New York City in 2009.
